Toole recently earned a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Montana State University. Polack previously worked as a project manager and estimator for structural concrete companies in the South. Linehan transferred from Mortenson's renewable energy group. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management and a master's in risk control from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
