Nicolaisen

Hermanson Co. promoted Knut Nicolaisen, PE, to executive vice president and Troy Lowery to vice president of operations. Nicolaisen is a member of the original group that bought the company from founder Jerry Hermanson in 2000. In his new role, Nicolaisen is leading Hermanson's business units, establishing company goals, setting business development strategies and aligning resources. Lowery joined Hermanson in 2013. He is refining project execution processes, and is working to enhance prefabrication and assembly.
