Lee Kilcup is the new leader of Rush Commercial Construction, an arm of The Rush Companies in Gig Harbor. The company also announced that Paul Garlock joined as operations manager of the division. Kilcup was president and CEO of GLY Construction for many years, and has been in the construction industry for nearly 40 years. Garlock has 41 years of local industry experience, working with Lydig Construction, Opus Northwest and Skanska. Rush Commercial builds senior housing and assisted-living, student housing, medical, office, tenant improvement, multifamily and mixed-use projects.
