Dan Selin and Pete Anderson are in their final year of leading Kirkland-based Compass General Construction, which specializes in multifamily and senior housing. Selin is president and Anderson vice president. The two have a three-year succession plan in which Bob Strum will become president in January 2018. Strum will be joined by a group of veteran Compass employees, and Selin and Anderson will remain as board members to mentor the new team. The late Ken Coleman started Compass in 1998.
