Quadrant Homes

Bellevue-based Quadrant Homes promoted Bonnie Geers to senior vice president of community development and Jeff Miller to director of acquisitions and multi-family development. Geers has been with Quadrant for nearly 18 years. In her new role, she is leading teams dealing with land acquisitions, land development, construction, government and public affairs. Miller has over five years of experience and has spearheaded land acquisitions for multiple future Quadrant communities.
