Gaco Western

Firestone Building Products Co. acquired Seattle-based Gaco Western, a provider of silicone roofing systems, waterproofing, spray foam insulation and other building products. The deal, which closed April 3, includes all assets and operations held by Gaco, including its Wisconsin manufacturing facility. Indianapolis-based Firestone says it will be business as usual at Gaco.
