In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Sean Gephart to project manager and hired Scott Chapman as senior project manager. It also hired the following: Mason Seto and Michael Martin as senior project engineers; Gillian Syverson as operations assistant; Joe Cao as VDC detailer; and Karina Chen, Chazz Jinadu, Chris Kowalski and Brent Siegfried as project engineers. Gephart has been with the company since 2011 and is working on Seattle Cancer Care Alliance projects. Chapman, Seto and Martin previously worked at Lewis. Chapman is managing Gerding Edlen's Capitol Hill Station TOD project. Seto, an 18-year professional, is working on the Third & Lenora residential/office tower for Martin Selig Real Estate. Martin is working on preconstruction for Vulcan's Block 48 office building. Syverson has an office administration background that includes 18 years in construction. Cao is working on Selig's 15th & Market office building. Chen has four years of estimating and project engineering experience and is working in preconstruction. Jinadu, who has three years of industry experience and is OSHA 30 certified, is working on the Arbor Blocks project. Kowalski has five years of industry experience and is working on Rainier Square. Siegfried recently earned a bachelor's in civil engineering from Washington State University and is working at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
