Federal Way Schools seeks contractor for $149M project to replace Jefferson HS

The existing high school has about a dozen buildings on an open-concept campus that the district said is difficult to secure.

Federal Way School District is seeking a pre-construction services contractor for a GC/CM project to replace Thomas Jefferson High School at 4248 S. 288th St. in Auburn.
