Alexan Central Park in Redmond

Construction is underway on Alexan Central Park, a 193-unit apartment project at 16160 N.E. 80th St. in Redmond.

It's one of several local Trammell Crow Residential projects under development that bear the Alexan brand. Others include the 222-unit Alexan Marymoor in Redmond and the 164-unit Alexan 100 in Queen Anne.

The eight-story Alexan Central Park will have 3,500 square feet of retail, a fourth-floor courtyard, rooftop deck and 191 parking spaces. Units will average about 740 square feet.

Jackson Main Architecture is the architect and Graham Construction is the general contractor.

Construction is slated to finish in spring 2020. The first units will be available for pre-lease in early 2020.

Other team members are Lund Opsahl, structural engineer; KPFF Consulting Engineers, civil engineer, Emerald City Engineers, mechanical/electrical engineer; and Brumbaugh & Associates, landscape architect.
