It was designed by Rhodes Architecture + Light of Seattle and built by Elite Construction & Development of Pasco. Absolute Power of Pasco was the electrical contractor and Jacob & Rhodes of Kennewick was the mechanical contractor. The new training facility joins others in Marysville, Vancouver, Spokane and Bellevue.
