Tacoma-based Colvos Construction hired Brian Neal, Scott Fletcher, Mark Tellez and Gabrielle Marshall as project engineers; Bill Lepola as superintendent; Leonard Maack, Michael Drawdy and Andrew Manteufel as assistant superintendents; and Lynnae Wilson as administrative assistant. Neal has a bachelor's degree in business management from Washington State University and is working on a tenant improvement for Ivar's in Issaquah. Fletcher is working on the Vue 25 multifamily project and the third phase of the Infoblox TI, both in Tacoma. Tellez holds a bachelor's in political science from the University of Memphis and is working on an office buildout at 111 Fawcett in Tacoma. Marshall has a bachelor's in project management from City University and is working on the Asadero restaurant in Tacoma. Lepola has nearly 40 years of construction experience and is working on a TI at Spud's Fish & Chips in Alki. Maack has more than 20 years of experience and is working on Vue 25. Drawdy has expertise in TIs and industrial projects and is working on the Stor-house Renton project. Manteufel has five years of industry experience and is working on Stor-house projects in Renton and Puyallup. Wilson has experience in merchandising and hospitality.
