Private transit center near new Expedia HQ

Just south of the Helix Pedestrian Bridge, at 1039 Elliott Ave. W., is the former Blackstock lumber yard. The Blackstock family sold the one-acre property last year to a mystery buyer for a little over $7.5 million, or $170 per square foot.
