Kiara Seattle is a 41-story apartment tower at Denny Way and Terry Avenue in South Lake Union, with 461 units, a seven-level podium, and six levels of below-grade parking.
Apartments include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with high-end finishes, air conditioning, NEST thermostats, motorized window shades, and full-size washers and dryers.
There are two rooftop decks: one on the podium with an outdoor pavilion, and the other at Level 41 with dining areas, lounge seating, and indoor sky lounge.
"The Park" on the podium has plants, pathways, secluded seating areas, BBQ stations and fire pits. It connects to The Pavilion, an entertainment space with a roll-up door.
The first floor has a lobby, conference rooms, a dog wash station, package lockers and fast elevators. Tenants will share a fitness center, group studio and flex fitness space.
About 16,250 square feet of retail space is on the ground floor.
It was designed for LEED silver certification.
