Tacoma overpass to finally close

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — Snow and cold weather delayed the closing of the East L Street overpass on Interstate 5 in Tacoma.

Washington State Department of Transportation says the overpass will close today for two years as part of Guy F. Atkinson Construction/Jacob's work to build HOV lanes in the area.
