Shawn Mahoney, formerly managing principle of Seattle-based construction management firm OAC, is the new CEO. The company also announced that it added three outside board members: Bruce D'Agostino, Fred Rivera and Anthony Ray (also known as Sir Mix-A-Lot). D'Agostino is the former president and CEO of the Construction Management Association of America. Fred Rivera is executive vice president and general counsel for the Seattle Mariners. Ray is a founder of NastyMix Records and a Grammy Award winner.
