HPP to build 16-story office tower next to convention center addition

  • The developer is paying $86 million for the condominium rights to build the fully entitled project.

    HPP hopes to begin construction on the tower in 2021.

    Hudson Pacific Properties announced on Wednesday that it will build a new, fully entitled office tower at 1711 Boren Ave. It has purchased condominium rights to the 1.17-acre full-block site from Washington State Convention Center for about $86 million.
