Bellevue-based GLY Construction promoted Ted Herb to CEO and added three minority shareholders. Herb succeeds Jim Karambelas, who is retiring after 25 years with the company. Herb joined GLY in 1987 as a project engineer, rising to vice president of operations in 2008 and president in 2016. New shareholders are CFO Joe Bonacci and senior project managers Tess Wakasugi-Don and Garrick Hughes. Bonacci also will serve on the company's executive committee. Wakasugi-Don is the first female owner in the firm's 52-year-history.
