Unimark Construction Group

Skyline Construction Enterprises bought Seattle-based Unimark Construction Group and its sister company Servicemark. Skyline is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The companies for years have shared clients and business relationships between the Seattle and Bay Area markets. Day-to-day business operations and teams at Unimark and Servicemark remain the same. Unimark was founded in 1953 and specializes in tenant improvement and renovation projects. Servicemark provides minor improvements, painting, electrical and carpentry.
