Uptown at Kirkland Urban is a six-story, 185-unit apartment building at 550 Uptown Court, at the northeast corner of the Kirkland Urban development in downtown Kirkland.
It includes a mix of lofts, open units and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. There are 278 covered parking spaces dedicated to residents in a below-grade parking garage.
Units have large floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, stainless steel appliances, gas ranges and air conditioning.
Amenities include a ground-level club room, landscaped plaza, rooftop deck with water views and outdoor grills, fitness room, mail and package storage, bike storage, tenant storage, common area kitchen, co-lab work space, entertainment room and dog wash.
The project is expected to received LEED Silver certification.
