Homewood Holdings

Missouri-based American Construction Source acquired Homewood Holdings, a regional lumber and building materials dealer operating in California, Washington and Arizona. Homewood continues to operate under its local brand names of Homewood Lumber (Loomis, California), Evergreen Lumber (Port Orchard), Eagle Creek Siding (Tumwater), Custom Choice Door (Lakewood) and The Door Mill (Chandler, Arizona). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
