SDOT has early 3-phase plan to reopen West Seattle Bridge — if it can be fixed

The bridge was closed on March 23 after cracking got worse.

Seattle Department of Transportation officials on Monday briefed the Seattle City Council on the current state of the West Seattle Bridge and outlined a three-phase plan to stabilize and repair it.
