Low bridge opens for night traffic

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Transportation said it has opened the West Seattle Low Bridge to all traffic during the nighttime.

The agency had restricted its use to transit, freight and emergency vehicles after the high span of the bridge was closed in March due to cracking.
