$60M bond issue for Seattle U's 'flagship' building on 12th Avenue

Seattle U says the science and innovation center, set to open in 2021, will be the flagship building on the campus, with labs, a maker space, classrooms, a cafe and gathering spaces.

The Washington Higher Education Facilities Authority recently announced a successful $60 million tax-exempt bond issue for Seattle University's Center for Science and Innovation, which is now under construction.
