In Seattle, Todd Karr joined Lease Crutcher Lewis as healthcare director for Washington. Karr has 24 years of construction management experience, with a focus on health care projects. He previously was a project executive with Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty Co., and worked at GLY Construction for nearly two decades.
