Seattle gains 7 cranes, putting it back on top of RLB's index

Seattle topped Los Angeles for the most cranes in the U.S., while Toronto continues to lead all of North America.
Seattle added seven cranes since Rider Levett Bucknall's last crane count in the spring, vaulting it above Los Angeles for the top spot in the U.S.
