Jana (Hermanson) Burbank and Steve Otis are new partners at Kent-based Hermanson Co. Burbank is chief of staff and previously worked in shipping, marketing and the company's Special Projects Division. Otis, a licensed engineer, is supervisor of virtual design and construction (VDC). He has been with Hermanson for five years, working on some of its largest integrated delivery and design-build projects.
