Redmond-based sustainable wood furniture company Epoch Design is moving to Arlington. As part of this plan, the company recently broke ground on a 53,100-square-foot warehouse at the intersection of 59th Avenue Northeast and 172nd Street Northeast, near the Arlington airport. The company says it's moving to Arlington next summer due to concerns over rent increases and zoning changes at its current location. It will own the Arlington facility, which is being built by Sierra Construction and was designed by The Ronhovde Architects.
