GC/CM sought for $238M Rainier Beach High School

John W. Maloney, the school’s original architect, designed it to reflect mid-century modernist architecture.

Seattle Public Schools is seeking a general contractor/construction manager for a $238.2 million replacement of Rainier Beach High School at 8815 Seward Park Ave. S. The value of the GC/CM contract is estimated at $153 million and proposals are due Nov. 19.
