66 Greenwood units, all affordable, to follow $4M sale

The project began life as a smaller market-rate plan under old city zoning.

As planned, a midblock development site at 8105 Greenwood Ave. N. has sold for just under $4 million. King County recorded the sale last week. The buyer was an LLC associated with Inland Group of Spokane and Catholic Housing Services, which will develop and operate a six-story, 66-unit building with permanently affordable housing. Inland will build the project.
