In Kirkland, Compass Construction hired Greg Hammond and Chris Waters as project engineers; promoted Emiliano Reyes-Alvarez to assistant superintendent; and welcomed back David Ottolino as an assistant superintendent. Hammond comes from the oil and gas industry, and has a background in geology. Waters is experienced in design-build architecture. Reyes-Alvarez has been with Compass since 2012 and was promoted from punch carpenter. Ottolino started with Compass in 2015 as a project engineer.
