At the start of 2021, Martin O'Leary will take over as president of JTM Construction from John Hayduk, who will transition to senior advisor and remain as board chair. Hayduk co-founded Seattle-based JTM in 2005 with O'Leary and COO Tom Titus. O'Leary has over 30 years of local construction experience, with nearly 16 years at JTM and another 16 years at Skanska. He currently is executive vice president. JTM has built notable local buildings such as the LeMay car museum, F5 tower and the Olive 8 condo/hotel tower. It provides preconstruction, self-perform work and construction management.
