ABC says contractor optimism, project backlog rose in October

PCL Construction Services expects to finish the 203-unit Koda condo tower next April in the Chinatown-International District. The pandemic delayed construction by a few months.

Some good news on the construction front was released yesterday by the Associated Builders and Contractors: The backlog of construction projects stood at 7.7 months in October, an increase of .2 month from September. The data was collected from a survey of ABC members from Oct. 20 to Nov. 5.
