Foy Group founder Shawn Foy acquired the remaining shares of the greater Seattle-area electrical contracting company, making her sole owner. Foy is CEO and recent hire David Boeschenstein will lead the company as president. She said the company is strengthening its relationships with existing partners in the electrical market while adding solar and renewable energies to its offerings. Foy Group, founded in 1999, is a minority business with the Port of Seattle and is securing woman-owned business enterprise status with the state. It also is a member of the Puget Sound Chapter of NECA.
