The CC Apartments, located at 701 16th Ave. in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, provides modern amenities and an accessible location.
The location provides walkability to retail and restaurants, access to public transit, downtown and neighboring Capitol Hill.
The 51,715-square-foot project was built across two lots, which were zoned differently. In order to respect zoning requirements, apartments are located on the lot adjacent to the main street, while townhomes are located on the lot to the north. This optimizes development of the site, while offering diverse rental options.
The separate buildings are linked by design and a landscaped path.
Apartments include studio and one-bedroom units, with various layouts. The townhomes are designed with two bedrooms, an open loft, and three bathrooms. All of the units have access to the outside with step-out balconies or private decks.
Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop deck with views, and parking in the below-grade garage.
Owner: Sabey Construction
Construction manager, contractor: The Rush Companies
Architect: Studio Meng Strazzara
