SouthernCarlson bought Manor Hardware & Construction Supply, a construction supply and tool repair business with locations in Everett, Tacoma and Lynnwood. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SouthernCarlson says the Pacific Northwest is a strategic focus for it and buying Manor allows it to quickly expand here. Manor was family owned for 45 years, founded by Bob Duncan. Omaha, Nebraska-based SouthernCarlson distributes construction fasteners, tools, packaging and facility supplies. It is a subsidiary of Kyocera.
