Mack plans 200 Yesler Terrace units

The main tenant entrance, on the building’s northeast side, will face the new park.

Mack Real Estate Group is planning to buy Block 6.1B at Yesler Terrace, which now goes by 821 S. Washington St., and with architect GGLO has applied for a master use permit. The proposed eight-story apartment building would have 200 units and 122 parking stalls on two levels mostly below grade. The plan is proceeding through administrative design review only.
