$455M Colman Dock rebuild tops out

Ironworkers lift the last beam into place, complete with an evergreen tree and flag.

The team rebuilding Colman Dock held a topping out ceremony last Friday for the $455 million project's new ferry terminal building. The ceremony also marked the end of all pile driving for the new dock along the Seattle waterfront.
