Hensel Phelps

Garrison

General contractor Hensel Phelps promoted Ragen Garrison to project manager within the Pacific Northwest region. Over the course of his 8-year career with the company, Garrison has built aviation and design-build projects in Washington and Northern California. He most recently worked on Sound Transit's Operations and Maintenance Facility East and is now on Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's Baggage Optimization Phase 2 project. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Oregon State University.
