Trent starts 206 apartments at old West Coast Printing site

Bright yellow walkways will connect the three buildings that make up Hilite.

Trent Development broke ground Thursday on its 206-unit apartment complex at 622 Rainier Ave., just west of Seattle's Judkins Park neighborhood.
