Foushee and Associates

Bellevue-based Foushee and Associates promoted Rick Angehrn to chief operating officer. Angehrn began his career with Baugh Construction as a project engineer before joining Foushee in 1999. He was promoted to senior project manager at Foushee in 2018. In his new role, Angehrn oversees project operations, employee development and training, risk mitigation and project staffing. The company says he is known for his attention to detail, management of large and complex projects, and ability to build relationships with clients.
