American Construction Source

Specialty building materials distributor US LBM completed its acquisition of American Construction Source from Angeles Equity Partners and Clearlake Capital Group. The move adds more than 70 locations in nine states, including Washington. US LBM says it's now the nation's largest privately owned full-line building materials distributor. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. US LBM distributes windows, doors, millwork, wallboard, roofing, siding, engineered components and cabinetry.
