Longshore workers to train at T-46; PMA will need to fix a crane first

The training facility will move into the entire second floor and part of the first floor of this building at T-46. The crane on the far left will be used to train students.

Future longshore workers will be able to cut their teeth at a new regional training facility planned for Terminal 46 in Seattle.
