Sound Transit picks Canyon Park as the site for $290M bus base

The base will serve three BRT lines. Here is a platform on the future S3 Line in Bothell, at Northeast 185th Street and 104th Avenue Northeast.

Sound Transit's board last week picked a 12.5-acre site in Bothell's Canyon Park area for a $290 million maintenance base for buses. The base is a key component of future bus rapid transit, or BRT, service on Interstate 405 and state Route 522.
