Shot mandate update: No vax needed in some cases for construction workers

The state last week provided some clarification about unvaccinated construction workers and state projects, following Gov. Jay Inslee's emergency proclamation earlier this month.

According to a bulletin sent Friday by the Associated General Contractors of Washington to its members, Inslee amended the vaccine mandate that required those working at state agencies to get fully vaccinated by Oct. 18 or face termination. This initially included construction workers working on state projects.
