CRG breaks ground on big Tumwater distribution center for Costco

The facility will be right off Interstate 5, at Exit 99.

CRG announced that it broke ground last month on a 1.1-million-square-foot distribution center for Costco. The latter company will own the Tumwater project when completed by around August of next year. Costco bought the land last month for about $23.2 million. The project is at 2311 93rd Ave. S.W., immediately east of Interstate 5, at Exit 99.
