First piece of East Link opens: Bellevue garage

The garage has 1,500 parking stalls and a facade of artwork screens by Seattle artist Katy Stone.

Sound Transit on Monday marked the official opening of the South Bellevue parking garage, which will serve the future South Bellevue Link light rail station when it opens in about two years. The garage is the first East Link project to finish.
