LIHI opens 65-unit Olympia project

Unity Commons has four floors of permanent supportive housing above a ground-floor shelter.

The Low Income Housing Institute yesterday opened its latest project — a five-story building in Olympia that has 65 permanent supportive housing units for homeless people and a 58-bed enhanced shelter on the ground floor. The project is called Unity Commons and is at 161 Pattison St. N.E.
