Demolition docs reveal who might design, build Kent medical facility

The former Kmart store is near state routes 181 and 516.

More details have emerged regarding Kaiser Permanente's plan to demolish the Kent Kmart, including the project team that may be in charge of designing and building a medical facility in its place. The 99,000-square-foot store has sat vacant for about three years along state Route 181, just north of state Route 516.
