Some striking concrete drivers return to work, or did they?

Some projects, like this sewer repair at Pike Place Market last month, have brought in unmarked concrete trucks from outside King County.

News came late Monday that some striking union workers in the concrete industry could return while contact negotiations continue. That was good news for some of the area's major projects, but other projects apparently won't be getting “mud” delivered from those returning drivers.
