The Jack building reaches the street

The Jack is located in historic Pioneer Square at 74 S. Jackson St.

Last week, JTM Construction and Gonsalves & Santucci Inc. poured the final portion of the level one post-tension deck at Urban Visions' office building project, The Jack. This marks the first major milestone in the building's vertical journey. When complete, the 145,000-square-foot property at 74 S. Jackson St. will rise eight stories, offering great views of the waterfront.
